To apply a custom iron-on patch, first preheat your iron to a medium-high, non-steam setting and place your garment on a flat, hard surface. Position the patch face up where desired, cover it with a thin cloth or parchment paper, and press firmly with the hot iron for 20-45 seconds. For maximum adhesion, flip the garment inside out and apply heat to the back of the patch for another 30 seconds. Allow the patch and fabric to cool completely before handling to let the adhesive fully bond.
